I have a NOS pacote with two WTF cards. We travelled from Portugal to Turkey and once our airplane landed, we received two SMS: one from NOS saying fees of connection in Turkey, and a second one from 1279 saying you reached the limit of 61.5 Euro in mobile data traffic. 

 

This was wrong as we did not use our phone at all and just one second after receiving these SMS we took our sim card out.

 

Now I received an extra 123 Euro in my monthly payment bill. I do not pay this amount until Nos sends me new bill with correct price - without these wrong roaming fee.

 

Please send me the new bill of august.

I have a WTF sim card and recently I need to check my status and fees to be paid through NOS app.

I travelled to Iran and as I used my data limit and roaming there, I received an 80.51 euros fee which I paid and then immediately removed the Sim card from my phone. A few days ago, I came back to Portugal and turned my sim card on again and now I have received another 80.51 euros fee from which 61.51 euros is for roaming. How can this be? I am in Portugal and my September bill (5 days of September) is 80.51 euros again. This cannot be right. 

Please send the correct bill for September
