I am writing to you as I do not have any way to contact you as your service has not given me my phone number from NOS. Also I have been overcharged for tge service, and still not recieved my credits for 3 months service as promised at time of contract. I have written to the ombudsmen and had no reply. I still have no access to my portuguese phone number 3 months in with your service, but you are charging me for it.
