I refer to my service contract Cxxxxxx with nos and would like to know asap why my mobile services were abruptly cut off yesterday? I am traveling in Cyprus and having no access to mobile phone and internet services causes a lot of discomfort and i am very dissatisfied with nos.



We had a phone conversation with nos service agent last Tuesday when I was promised that nos will correct last few incvoices - remove 3 WTF numbers added to the invoice without my consent (!!) and email me the correct invoice so I can pay it asap. Still no email received...



Please address this issue imediatly so i do not have to terminate my contract with nos on my return to Portugal.
For here, they won't call you. Check your payment data in área de cliente, at the menu faturas.
