I would like to change the day that I pay for your services please because I only get paid at the end of each month so it would be impossible to pay on the 19th of each month.

Are you talking about the due date laid down in the debit note (Direct Debit/”Débito Direto” in Portuguese)? If so, indeed you can adjust the due date:

 

You may choose one of these days of the month: 

4th, 12th, 1st, 19th, 28th
