Hello, I had to restart my iPhone and then forgot my sim pin. I tried then over WiFi to log in to the NOS App to access my puk code. After entering my username add password, comes up a window please enter the code that we send you by sms. But I can’t receive sms without unblocking my SIM card. And there is no option to get the code sended to my email instead sms. Can someone help me to get into my account after some other verification? I’m currently Hospitalised and go to a NOS store for help. Would be great if there is solution for this. Thank you in advance.

If you insert an incorrect SMS token 3 times in the login, a token will be sent to your email address.
You can then use the email token to login into your Área de Cliente NOS.
