Hi Nos team! 
 

I have visited the shop and returned the tv device in Lisbon amoreirás and and asked to close the contract. Team said it was okay but then other team members started to call me in Portuguese and ask to wait me 30 min on call until they connect me to someone speaks English . At the end finally after huge amount of calls I discussed with nos team member to close the contract loyalty (it was before termination period) and I paid for that. I stopped using mobile number and made also additionally request in website form online asking to terminate it. I moved another country and attached all documents which means I should not pay that extra , but okay - I paid so that nos will stop sending me invoices . 
but this does not stop and continue sending me invoices for services I don’t use since end of may. 
 

please advice how finally to close/ terminate this contract . Nothing is shown in my nos app, but I have email confirmation for form submission . Unfortunately I don’t have date for when call with nos team was made. 
 

please terminate it finally .
