I need to cancel the fibre install and service order N° *********. The cell phone service does not need to change. At the NOS store we never talked about there being an install charge. I am used to getting free installs.

You can submit your request in person at a store, online, or by mail:
Please gather the following documents:
- Contract termination request form. This form must be signed by the person in whose name the contract is registered, and the signature must match that on their identification document;
- A photocopy of an identification document with a signature. If you prefer not to send a photocopy, you can send only the termination form. In this case, your signature must be notarized or certified by a lawyer. Alternatively, you can visit a store and fill out the personal data confirmation form, presenting your identification document.
The documents can be:
- Submitted through the email form, selecting the option "Send documents for contract termination";
- Delivered to a NOS store;
- Sent by mail to Apartado 52111, EC Campo Grande, 1721-501 Lisbon.
