Hello Boa tarde!

 

I have now called 7 times within a 3 days in the NOS customer service without success to terminate my mobile phone subscription INC000135873044. There is no need for this subscription since I am moving back to my home country. This contract should be terminated / closed as soon as possible.

 

Each time I have a called person I have been transferred to different person and at the end the person says "unfortunately I do not speak english I will leave a call back and we will call you back today".

 

However, I have not received any callbacks so far. Please close this contract right away.

Thy will try to contact you again.

Alternatively you need to present the intent of terminating the contract, in a written form, in any NOS Store.
