I've been calling a lot and nobody's picking up. We didn't have a TV at home before, so we didn't install uma box when we installed the network cable. Now we have a TV, but the installation failed.

Whats the error?

We really have no coaxial line, and the network cable given in the box is very short, there is no way to connect with the TV, we need technicians to re-measure the wiring.We also need to change the location of the router.Attached for your reference.
