Been more than a month I signed a contract with NOS with fixed internet, 150 TV channels and phone. The sales girl was clever enough not to mention that the discount voucher is not going to come anytime soon. So I am paying for the channels but I do not have a TV. Called NOS 100 times but no one knows the answer. I was planning to take another tv and wifi for my cafe but discarded the plan after this harassment.
Would like to know how to get the code? Otherwise what are the options to cancel the contract. Because I talked to MEO and they deliver TV in 3 working days.
