2 for 1 promotion not working

Good afternoon

I'm trying to buy cinema tickets using the promotion with my NOS card, but on the cinema website, it tells me that the card was not found.

I'm putting the correct number, NOS card. The card appears in the app and also on the website.

I have been a customer for two years. How to solve this?

Like I wrote in my first message. The app and the website both show my card but when trying to actually use it to get the 2 for 1 promotion it says card not found. This while the card does show in the app.

 

@Kristian please try clearing data and cache.

The NOS Card is intended for private customers with NOS television service and provides access to exclusive offers. Check here the NOS packages that include the NOS Card.
