Hi Guys,

 

Good morning.  I’m having some issues with a NOS 5G SIM.  Mainly, every Monday morning, every week at some time between 4-5am the 5G SIM disconnects it’s internet connection and requires a hard reboot to bring the connection back online (it requires a power off / power on).

 

I’ve used the 15 day and 30 day packages, it’s the same problem with both.

 

Is anyone else experiencing the same problems?

Thanks for the help.  I’ve discovered the problem, a cloud backup is scheduled to run just before 6am on the specified day.  Could be something to do with multiplexing, could be something else.

 

If I run a speedtest on speedtest.net it actually nocks the SIM offline and it requires a hard reboot.

 

Looks like it’s working ok now, I’ll let you know if there are any further issues.
