i’m sorry for writing in english, i’m a client with NOS but my portuguese is very limited yet.
I was wondering about a surcharge taken by NOS additional to my payment of 30€. This fee’s (4x1€) don’t appear on the invoice and would like to know if this is normal while paying with a credit card?..

each 1€ and processed the same time as the normal debit of 30€..
Is there any customer service number where I reach an english speaking agent? Just to avoid issues in the future :)
