Terminar contrato

Bom dia,


I want to cancel my contract since I moved to Belgium. I called NOS about this two months ago and delivered the equipment in the shop. Now I got another bill for May, sure. But now its June and the contract is still not cancelled! I called today and apparently you guys need some document. And you didn’t think of telling me this? So what now? Please help me out, I am not in Portugal since May so not much I can do there.
