How to make NOS answer you??


I want to cancel my contract, but NOS does not want to contact me in any way with the contract department over the phone. They don't have email. In the company's offices they also ask you to call by phone! But they promise to call me back on the phone and haven’t called me back for several days. This is some kind of mockery. For some reason they never forget to bill me.
Who knows how to get them to contact me?

I left 5 messages to FORUM for now. Still no answer

 

You can always call the general number 931699000

They answer in Portuguese and after I ask some english speaking specialist they ask me to wait for call back and nobody calls me

I asked a question and was recommended to write @Forum. I wrote there, they answered me once, and promised to call me back. As a result, they called me again in Portuguese, which, unfortunately, I do not know at the proper level. However, knowledge of the Portuguese language is not a prerequisite for concluding an agreement with the NOS company. After this call, no one called me back and @Forum stopped answering me. What to do in such a situation? Maybe there is some office where I could come and chat with a live manager? At NOS sales points (for example Amoreiras), the employees cannot help me and ask me again and again to wait for a call from the support tracking, but the support service does not want to talk to me.
